Terms & Conditions

•    Check in: Between 4pm – 7pm please email or telephone with an approximate ETA, check-in after 7pm by prior arrangement only.

•    Check out: by 10.00am We are more than happy to hold luggage etc if required.

•    Prices from £45.00 per person per night, double occupancy, and including full Scottish Breakfast.

•    Subject to availability, single occupancy rates are available on request.

•    We do not take a deposit. We reserve the right to charge the full amount due in the event of a late cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date where we are unable to re-let the room(s), or due to a no show. Payment in full is taken on departure, preferably by cash, bank transfer / debit / credit card. We regret we are unable to accept American Express, Diners Club, and cheques. Bookings made by Booking.com are not always completed at time of booking so please confirm on departure that bill is settled.

•    We advise guests to take out appropriate travel insurance in the event of cancellation.

•    We do accommodate children of all ages by prior arrangement, cot / high chair available free of charge.  Children below 3yrs of age free of charge, above 3yrs family room rate, 14 years onwards are classed as adult rate, 3 adults sharing a room £130.

•    Parking.  One Car Parking space per room is provided free of charge and cars are parked entirely at owners own risk.

•    Smoking Policy. Craigroyston is strictly a non – smoking area within the building and rooms, this includes E-Cigarettes a charge of £100 will be made if found smoking in any inside areas. There is smoking permitted in certain areas of the garden.

•    In the event of a non-show or booking reduction (after arrival) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

•    All cancellations must be made in writing via email and are only valid once confirmed by Craigroyston House Bed & Breakfast.

•    Any damage to property or interiors will be charged as required, and Lodge must be left in a reasonable tidy position or a cleaning fee of £25 will be charged.
