We will never use your personal data for marketing purposes.
We will never share this information with any third parties.

Online payment

WE currently use Lloyds Cardnet to process payments. Lloyds Bank manage our PCI DSS compliance which is renewed on an annual basis.

Booking online

When making a Booking through our Website you’re directed to ‘FreetoBook’ a third party booking service.
They have their own Privacy Policy, which can be accessed from a link in the footer of the booking online page.

Our website may contain links to other websites. Please note that if you click on, or follow, any of those links our privacy policy will no longer apply and you should check their own privacy policies before submitting any personal data.

Your rights

You have legal control over your personal data, and may at any time:

  • get a copy of all your personal data held by Craigroyston House & Lodge
  • have all incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
  • request all personal data to be erased when it’s no longer required
