Terms & Conditions

• Check in: Between 4pm – 7pm please email or telephone with an approximate ETA, check-in after 7pm by prior arrangement only.

• Check out: by 10.00am We are more than happy to hold luggage etc if required.

• A 30% deposit per room, the balance will be charged 6 days before arrival date by debit or credit card. We reserve the right to charge the full amount due in the event of a late cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date or due to a no show.

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival date, a refund of any payment taken will be made less £20 administration fee.

• We advise guests to take out appropriate travel insurance in the event of cancellation.

• We do not accommodate children under the ages of 8 years, our premises just do not lend to infants. 14yrs onwards are classed as adult rate, 3 adults sharing a room will be charged at seasonal family rate, available on request.

• Parking. One Car Parking space per room is provided free of charge and cars are parked entirely at owners own risk.

• Smoking Policy. Craigroyston is strictly a non – smoking area within the building and rooms, this includes E-Cigarettes a charge of £100 will be made if found smoking in any inside areas. There is smoking permitted in certain areas of the garden.

• In the event of a non-show or booking reduction (after arrival) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email and are only valid once confirmed by Craigroyston House.

• Any damage to property or interiors will be charged as required, we reserve the right to charge £100 before departure, and after repairs monies refunded if appropriate. Lodge must be left in a reasonable tidy position or a cleaning fee of £25 will be charged.

• Pets. Regrettably we cannot accommodate pets.
