This substantial Victorian house has every comfort with friendly, caring owners Susan & Gregory attending to every detail. My husband & I had a spacious double room which was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was made to order with fantastic choices & beautifully cooked. This lovely house is situated a very short walk from the heart of Pitlochry with all restaurants & shops. In the heart of the highlands it is a beautiful town to visit & Craigroyston House perfectly complemented our stay. We would both highly recommend this B & B & will definitely visit again.

Stayed here for a night on recent tour of Scotland and wished stayed longer. Very high standard, in a lovely period property with a breakfast to die for…. I can highly recommend the smoked haddock and poached eggs. Gregory and Susan were great hosts and made us feel really welcome.
