Each of our eight en-suite bedrooms are individually designed, all tastefully decorated to a high standard to enhance the charm and character of the Victorian Villa. Rooms vary for occupancy required, twin / double with king size bed.

All rooms have a lovely, peaceful outlook to the picturesque surrounding, and are equipped with the following:

• Free Wifi
• Crisp cotton white linen duvet and sheets
• Complimentary Hospitality Tray offering tea / coffee / hand baked biscuits
• Seating area
• Hairdryer
• Heated Towel rail
• Good Quality Fluffy Towels provided
• Complimentary Scottish Fine Soaps for your use whilst staying at Craigroyston.

We cater for ages 8 upwards, all young children must be accompanied in the room by an adult, we have no arrangements available for extra beds. Safe free parking is available to all guests staying at Craigroyston and we have a secure bicycle lock up shed for cyclists.

Check-in is between 16:00 - 19:00, later or earlier arrivals by prior arrangements, and checkout is 10am. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any specific requirements.
